Designed by DURR Limited, a European based company specialising in power wash and eco wash systems for the Automobile industry. Our scope of works included drafting, manufacture, weld testing and transportation of: • 1 x Parco plastic cleaner washing tank • 3 x Process water rinsing tanks • 4 x Modular power wash sections • 1 x Blow off chamber complete with integrated ductwork • 1 x Blow off chamber support frame with mounted blower scrolls • Water spray piping • Drying pipework Features: • Stainless steel modular construction • Internally seal welded • 4 stage process wash • 1 stage blow off chamber All welds were tested in accordance with AS/NZS 1554.6:1994 (Welding stainless steels for structural purposes.
