 Project Management and machinery relocation from existing plant in Brooklyn to purpose built new facility in Laverton Victoria.

Our scope of works included mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic services

•    Decommission 11 manufacturing lines
•    Coordinate, load and unload Semi-trailers
•    Reconfigure, 11 existing & 4 new manufacturing lines at Laverton facility
•    Commission lines

The relocation caused minimal down time for the client with production at both facilities being disrupted for the shortest possible time.
